Hair Daze has a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. In the event that a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or does not show up for their appointment, we reserve the right to charge the card they have provided on file. Our Cancellation/No-Show fee is $50.00 for any service longer than one hour.

 

We understand life can be busy, and unexpected events can occur. At Hair Daze we send out 2-Day-Before and 2-Hour-Before appointment reminders to ensure that each of our guests has ample notice of their appointment even on the most hectic days. Additionally, we will call 15 minutes after your missed appointment in an attempt to reach you before your card is charged. If for any reason you are not receiving appointment confirmations or reminders, please call the salon so we can confirm all your information on file is correct.
